Operators Their roles within the SOA infrastructure are different from the conventional roles in many respects. Business stakeholders who seek support from operators will no longer ask for help with the systems, but with the processes. The ability to identify erroneous services will become a more important issue, the significance of availability of integration technologies will increase. Some of the operators are in charge of the application operation, while others are in charge of the infrastructure operation.
