Alerant Information Technology Inc. can only use personal data according to the aims determined in the present Privacy Statement. The Privacy Statement is displayed on the opening web page of Alerant Information Technology Inc. (www.alerant.hu), as well as on the bottom of each further page. In some cases, advice on usage and information process is also placed on the pages.

The aim of collecting your personal information
The web site of Alerant Information Technology Inc. can ask for User’s personal data in case of using some of its services. Alerant Information Technology Inc. uses personal data only for reasons given at the registration, mainly for reaching the content of the web page securely and for User’s identification. The other aim of collecting your personal information is to enable Alerant Information Technology Inc. to provide User with the operation of the web site (e.g. technical information or information on changes in service). Alerant Information Technology Inc. collects data on Users’s habit in connection with visiting the web site (e.g. viewed pages, endurance of  the visit) and User’s web browsers (e.g. IP-address, type of browser). Alerant Information Technology Inc. utilizes the above mentioned data aggregated, without the identification of the User, only for statistical reasons.

In some cases -judicial or other governmental decisions, regulations- data should be published.

Data stored, published or sent by the User on the web pages of Alerant is not at all the responsibility of Alerant Information Technology Inc. In case  the User gives or uses the data of a third person when using the web site, only that given User is the responsible for observing all aspects of the the Data Protection Act. With its good faith and the protection of User information, Alerant Information Technology Inc. cannot be made responsible if the stored data is obtained unauthorized by any incompetent person.
